Submission and Registration

DATES FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS AND REGISTRATION FEE

The academic committee invites established academics, young researchers, as well as students to submit their proposals in the form of a Keynote Conference, papers, panels, round tables, posters, and workshops before February 15, 2020.

 

REGISTRATION FEES:

After January 20, 2020

Professor: 170.00 CUC

Student/ Retired: 120.00 CUC

Participant (No paper): 100.00 CUC

 

Early registration: 

Before January 20/20 

Professor: 150.00 CUC *                                                         

Student/ Retired: 100.00 CUC                                                 

Participant (No paper): 80.00 CUC                                        

 

Cuban participants pay the registration fees in CUP (300 CUP).

NOTE: ALL FEES TO BE PAID IN CASH AT THE CONFERENCE

Registration fee covers: Welcome cocktail, participation in all sessions, Gala, coffee & tea, opening/closing activities, portfolios with all documents, a certificate of participation/ publication, credential, and a CD with the Conference Proceedings.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  All participants (presenters, panel members and observers) must register to have access to the conference activities. It is important that all participants communicate the following information to the conference organizers (by e-mail to weflasecan2020.sciencesconf.org or to vimilce2@gmail.com) as soon as possible:

  • Your name and names of people in your party (e.g. if you are traveling to Holguín with a spouse or other accompanying person)
  • Hotel
  • Arrival date in Cuba
  • Arrival flight in Cuba (airline, flight number, arrival time)
  • Departure date from Cuba
  • Departure flight from Cuba (airline, flight number, departure time)

How to create an account                                                                                                                     

  1. Click on “Create an Account”.
  2. Fill in the mandatory fields and click the Create account button.
  3. You will then receive a confirmation email from Scienceconf.org with an authentication link.
  4. Click on the link in order to access the Submissions page.

How to submit an abstract online

  1. Click on “Login” and enter your login information.
  2. From the “My Space” page, click on “Submissions” in the left hand side column.
  3. Click the “Submit an abstract” button.
  4. Fill in the “Metadata” fields then click the “Next step” button.
  5. The “Authors” section is filled automatically. If co-authors need to be added, click on “Add an author” then click the “Next step” button.
  6. The “File” section allows you to upload your abstract from your computer or from an Internet page.
  7. The Overview section summarizes your submission.
  8. Click the “Submit” button to complete the submission process. A pop-up window will open. You will also receive a confirmation email from Sciencesconf.org.
  9. You can then view and edit your submission from the “Submissions” page.
